Rotor Angoulême's Flying School
At our Flying School in Angoulême, we will teach you quickly how to fly a helicopter, and very soon you will be able to perform smooth and full auto-rotation landing of a Bell 47 with demonstrated self-confidence.
Patrick Lemoine, our flight instructor, has an extensive experience of teaching. He will make it easy for you to learn how to fly this fabulous machine, the helicopter, with friendliness, thoroughness and creativity.
The Bell 47, with its high inertia rotor, will teach you the right skills, therefore allowing you to better handle turbine aircrafts as the next step. Indeed, the Bell 47 will give you a feeling close to the sensations that larger helicopters provide, especially in terms of power management, RPM control and loss of tail rotor effectiveness.
We will be happy to have you as a client, either for an initiation flight or for a complete Private Pilot License program achievement. We can even take you all the way to the Commercial Pilot License through a privileged partnership with the best French professional FTO.
